Before becoming your local go to Realtor, Patrick dedicated his life to serving the nation in the United States Army for over 20 years as an Intelligence Analyst. During his service, he performed Intelligence missions throughout the world. From the sands of Kuwait, up the rivers through Iraq and the mountains of Northern Afghanistan, Patrick focused on building relationships with people from around the world with one goal in mind: happiness. He trained and mentored Senior Leaders of the Japanese Ground Self Defense Forces’ Middle and Eastern Army regions, conducted exercises in Eastern Europe, was directly involved in the liberation of Mosul from ISIS and even enjoyed his native homeland Germany, where he grew up as a child until the age of 11. After his service, Patrick decided to hang up his boots and pursue real estate so he could continue serving his community with one of their biggest investments: a home. With his mission first mindset, Patrick takes pride in the challenges of helping Sellers sell their home quickly and for top dollar, while ensuring peace of mind throughout the process. During negotiations Patrick is aggressive and focused to ensure the best results for his clients when it comes to selling or buying a home. His goal is satisfaction guaranteed through buyers saving money or netting Sellers top dollar for their homes.
During his free time, you can find him spending time with his children, throwing a line in one of the local lakes, working on his BMW Z3 project or in Atlanta during college football season rooting for Georgia Tech. He is a member of the Spartanburg Jaycees, a nonprofit young leaders development organization that strives to build leaders in the community through acts of community service and volunteerism. His passion is helping end homelessness for veterans in the Upstate, working to connect those veterans with resource officers to use the benefits they have earned through their service to improve their lives.
